We have been working with Steve Hendricks on our new home build, and we have been very pleased. We have not built a home from the ground up before and his patience and helping us to understand the process has been very caring. Steve also helped us with the city planners and permits and getting the plans to Nevada Blue. Steve is very well versed in energy and insulation requirements due to his extra training. He is a great listener. He has given us good advice on saving money on the structure and still getting a great finished product. He gets our highest recommendation. A good Man!
